Default Oleo Mac Chainsaw, 101cc?

Hi guys, been given an Oleo mac saw to get going again, not sure of designation of this saw, and the guy thinks its a 101 cc or similar. i have uploaded some photos, but can't see any distinctive markings. Any one able to throw some light on what model i have?
And before any one tells me they are crap saws, i don't care, my mate reckons it was a beaut saw, he used for long years cutting firewood business. I have the saw for nothing so can't hurt to get up and running for some slab work i have coming up, on an African Mahogany log sitting in the bush doing nothing!

I don't know much about Oleo Mac but it looks like an Olympyk 999f.

Oleo Mac/Olympyk same company.

Be a late 80's early 90's model, 103cc I think.

the air cleaner is a self mod, and yes the saw is about 20 years old. actually got her up and running today, it had a fuel leak, and after replacing the fuel line into the tank, it was still leaking and was advised by a local chainsaw agent, that the tank is probably cracked. But, seeing as i am using it solely on a mill, i instead have made up an external fuel supply, gravity feed from the slab mill direct on to carby, a few minutes of pulling and choke/throttle positions, and some "start ya bastard", and off she went! very excited by the speed and sound of this beast!!
Also got her semi attached to the home made mill, but need to change the chain bar studs, for some husqvarna ones (husky bar) add a couple of new chains, and look out!!!
Will throw some photos up when we are cutting.

You made my morning. Good luck, and Congrats on the saw!

Anyone here sharpen chains? I need to find a diamond wheel for the chain sharpener.

Those files are still onsite (the site I put together a week ago) and all the old links work. The page is blank though.

Ok, mixed results with the milling operation!

Got the big log cut down to shape for milling, no problems, first cut (by me) with this saw, no worries, sliced thru no problems.

Next day, set up the mill rails (for want of a better name) , to make the first, level, flat cut. again, pretty good, considering my first time doing this, and with a totally inexperienced "tail man". I Was wondering about the rail set up, if it was strong enough to hold the mill and keep everything straight, but couldn't fault the finished cut, dead straight and true, so i was happy with that!

BUT THEN.................. we thought "how easy was that?!!" Pretty excited thinking we were gonna finish this baby today, no worries!!, Got the mill in place for the next "keeper" slab, gave her a few pulls, ran for like 3 seconds and then stopped, quickly.
The pull rope wouldn't budge, mmmmmm....., what could be the problem? put her on the ground and with a spanner turned her over, OK, try the rope pull again....... 3 or 4 pulls, "seized" the rope again.......mmmmmmmm. Okay, doesn't look good, pull everything down and load it all back on the trailer, sweating and cursing all the way! head home and start to investigate, thinking i put the wrong ratio fuel or something, and seized the engine, but knew that i used the right stuff! and being a mates saw, wasn't happy! Anyway, pulling her down, took the aircleaner assembly off and noticed a little 'loc nut" that holds all the cleaner assembley attached to the carby was missing, and thought "was that nut on there before?" and "No way that could get sucked into the motor??!!" But yep.... that's what happened, scored the piston, and had locked up the crank against the nut!
I had a few choice words about that i can tell you!

So, not a total melt down, but annoying anyway, had the whole weekend planned with slab cutting and storing etc.....
So now my new mate "Olyman" will be getting a PM for a new piston and rings set!

okay! parts arrived from America courtesy of Olyman ()
New piston and rings. Fitted them, but having trouble getting her started, got spark, got fuel, but no go, dunno got me stumped, she 's in the shop waiting for some one to have a look, i've had enough! for now.

In the mean time, the bucket full of 090 bits i had have been transformed back into a beast!!
New cylinder, piston, rings gaskets, clean every thing up first, flush the crank out, hope that the bottom end is still good, felt "all right", when turning over by hand, no obvious slap or clunks! I would have replaced the bearings if the guy i was dealing with could get them, but no go, that's ok.
Certainly learnt a few things doing this engine, never done anything like this before, so good learning curve!
Fitted the rings to the piston, (handy hint: the rings line up with little notches on the end, so they can only go on one way!)
Figured out how to fit the piston into the cylinder, remember to put head gasket on at same time!
So any way, got every thing back together, and did a few pulls, and some smoke come out, and next pull, away she went!! Wow!, what a big loud FAST saw!
Very chuffed with myself today!!
A few pics:
