Default Nose sprocket size

I am looking at getting a new 42-44" bar for my 3120xp. You can get bars with 11 or 12 tooth nose sprocket.
Anyone know if there is any noticeable difference between 11 or 12 tooth.

I know a smaller tooth sprocket at the drive end gives more torque, whats it do to the other end?
