Red face Re: Husky 235E opinions?

I have Husqvarna 235. The difference between 235 and 235e is only of chain tension mechanizm type.
That's relyible non-proffesional petrol chainsaw generally for milling and cutting off thin trees in garden. I' recommend to work with this item no longer than 1 h per day.
I have only one trouble with it. After 15 hours of work I've discovered some cracks on it's chassis where bar is mounted by bolts to the chassis. It is very strange, because I used it according to the owner's manual directions. You can look at: Picasa Web Albums - ArtSw - Husqvarna 235
I suggest to check your chainsaw bar mounting area.
Is there someone who coupled with analogical problem?

My problem was solved. Husqvarna seller changed cracked part according to warranty.

JMO, only time I have seen cracks like that on plastic crankcases is from owners over tightening the clutch cover bar nuts.

Unhappy Re: Husky 235E opinions?

Sorry, they are POS, built by Poulan - some dealers refuse to sell them.

Very low on power as well.
