i must relaced the flywheel in my 440 but i don't know how to remove the broken one. thank you |

| If you have a dealer near you, you can take it in to them and have em pull the part. If you are into saws quite frequently, you may want to buy the special puller that they will use.

Remove the retaining nut fron the crank, hold the flywheel with left hand, pulling slightly, then give the side of the flywheel a sharp tap on the side with a brass drift. It will usually pop off first time. Pullers can cause more damage sometimes.

| The Puller you buy from the dealer will never damage your parts. Its a special tool that works very well. They are very nice tools and very inexpensive. It is not the gear pulling type of puller.
