Saw Dr made the jump. Recent banning on another site made me gather my toys and look for a new sandbox..... Looks like some good 'uns here. FINALLY I can tell someone about the 056 MAG and C-72 Homelite I dragged home yesterday. Mrs. Saw Dr didn't seem to care..... |

Being banned is nothing new for me. I was told I have poor computer etiquette. Hell I only learned to turn one on a couple of years ago. Lets talk about that 056 Mag. I always wanted to own one. Madsen's out of Centralia Washington built the fastest woods ported 056s on the planet. Willard.

Welcome aboard. Over here the motto is "go hard on the topic not the people". Too often in a debate etc some-one has to start name calling and writing trash about their opponent. Simply not on. It can then escalate to where some scumbags actually attempt to boycott your business, write slurs/lies and spread disgusting emails/messages about you, that sort of trash is taken out here. -------------------------- The Pastor's Ass The pastor entered his donkey in a race and it won. The pastor was so pleased with the donkey that he entered it in the race again, and it won again. The local paper read: PASTOR'S ASS OUT FRONT. The Bishop was so upset with this kind of publicity that he ordered the pastor not to enter the donkey in another race. The next day, the local paper headline read: BISHOP SCRATCHES PASTOR'S ASS. This was too much for the bishop, so he ordered the pastor to get rid of the donkey. The pastor decided to give it to a nun in a nearby convent. The local paper, hearing of the news, posted the following headline the next day: NUN HAS BEST ASS IN TOWN. The bishop fainted. He informed the nun that she would have to get rid of the donkey, so she sold it to a farmer for $10. The next day the paper read: NUN SELLS ASS FOR $10. This was too much for the bishop, so he ordered the nun to buy back the donkey and lead it to the plains where it could run wild. The next day the headlines read: NUN ANNOUNCES HER ASS IS WILD AND FREE. The bishop was buried the next day. The moral of the story is being concerned about public opinion can bring you much grief and misery, even shorten your life. So be yourself and enjoy life. Stop worrying about everyone else's ass and you'll be a lot happier and live longer!

Sorry guys, not here to stir up any stink. I am un-banned at the other site and things are all cleared up there. Basically a big misunderstanding. I'm just here to talk about the saws and that is all. I'll start a new thread with the 056 pics. Glad to see you here Holmen. I wondered where you went. Do you still have that 056MAG NOS emblem? If so, I need it now. |

No I no longer have that 056 NOS plate. I sent it to a member over there [can't think of his name at the moment] he posted and thanked me for it the day I was banned. Bunch of great guys over there, have since learned not to get sucked into a pissing match. Willard.

This ones for sale. (NOT by ME) For the last 20 years I have owned the above saw and used it very little. It was serviced several years ago and the shop wanted to buy it or take it in on a trade. I had not started it until yesterday. It still has the original chain in place and started on the forth/fifth pull. Great saw but I have moved to an urban area and don't need it anymore - probably didn't need it before. Stihl 056 AV Magnum II Last edited by Cut4fun; 13th November 2010 at 09:09 AM. |

I read the email. It's time consuming work and I got tired of it and gave it up. It's much more fun being a member of forums than it is working behind the scene.

Looks like I should have started things off a little differently. Didn't mean to get off to a bad start with all of the banning talk. Just wanted to say why I was here is all.
