How do you port a muffler for a 2139 johnson red?

By adding a additional exit port any where on the muffler that will not melt part of the saw and then retune the carb. The size of the hole should be no bigger than 80% the size of the port on the cylinder. All of the exits combined should not be greater than the 80%.

Bewarned you start out doing small saws and then you go bigger and much bigger ![]() The saw in question depending on out style and the muffle design you can open the outlet 20% and retune the carby |
