breaking clutch on 066

Default breaking clutch on 066

I keep breaking the clutch on my 066 I'm wondering if anyone know what is causing this. I' think maybe the bearing are going out but I do'nt know

it could be the bearing but thats an easy fix. what part of the clutch keeps breaking??? pics would help us alot!
