I don't have the autotune version but the standard one is a great saw. I did run mine with a 28inch bar through 2ft hardwood and it seem to be lacking a bit of power. I would stick to cutting softer woods when running a long bar. But it goes great with a 20inch bar

MS 441 sells for nearly one third of the price cheaper than the 576xp.

I got 3 Husqvarna 576XP AutoTunes. Amazing balanced, smooth, good running powerhouses. And they are now over 3 years old.

I have a 2008 575, I have worked it really hard for years, I even did a fair amount of milling with it. It is tired now, but the only problem I ever had with it was a broken oiler durring really cold weather.
I give it a
Its a little heavy, but overall a great saw, inboard clutch, side chain adjuster, adjustable oiler, high rpm, good chain speed, good torque (much more than the 372), great hood design, easy to work on, really easy on fuel too.
I run mine with a 28" in softwoods.
Bottom line, I would buy another one.
