Default 023 Stihl fuel trouble?

Help. I have an 023 that will not start. The plug is dry, if i pour petrol in the carby or cylinder it runs and stops. I have pulled the carby off and pulled the top and bottom off and blown compressed air in all the holes. Put a carby on off a 021 and the same thing. Could it be something other than the carby? It has a primer so when I pull the fuel line off the carby it is under pressure.

Hole in the fuel line or impulse line (cracked etc)?

Rubber boot between carby and cylinder leaks/broken?

Stihl dealers who service can pressure check to see if there's air leaks etc.
