Default My Firewood Gear

I have a Super Axe wood splitter made by Whitlands Engineering near Mansfield Vic and my stihl saws.

No not even bad twisty redgun,the only trick with these is the length of the wood is importent.All the power is at the rear of the axe,if the axe goes past the centre of its stroke you loose a lot of force.If you have a short bit i put a redgum sleeper off cut under it to lift it up.You can adjust the splitter for whater length wood you like,and they is two places you can conect the ram to the axe,one is 30ton the ather is 44ton i think.

now its looks to me, that that 880 has seen amost no use--shiny bar with all its paint, same with saw...soooo, since your getting no use out of it--just ship it to me--and ill see if i cant wear some of the paint off it---for testing purposes-------------

Yeah those saws don't look used at all! Very clean...

Maybe you cut it with something else and just put the new saw in the picture? yeaaaaaah.....

Lol just cuz' his saws look brand new doesn't mean they havn't been worked hard. For everybody world wide the trick is daily maintenance and keeping the users to a minimum (Oh and keeping them the HELL away from roundup marker dye )

Nice firewood set up there mate, nice saws too!

I must post some pictures of our mega set up... Soon... Hmm maybe later... But I will!

Oh P.S GB bars are the shiz, we use them and get so long life from them. Especially from all of the abuse and I mean abuse, I could imagine.
