The EcoSaw Commercial Firewood Processor is now completly finished. A few extra additional modifications where needed due to the forces needed to split the aussie hardwoods. The unit comes on a 5.8m trailer, GVM of 3,000kg. 65hp or 100hp diesel engine with hydraulic power for the cutoff chainsaw, infeed and outfeed and the adjustable splitter. The splitter ended up being 1 ton itself. Single person operation although an extra person feeding the unit with logs will keep up production. The infeed is 1.5m so will take a few logs. The outfeed is a 6m long conveyour system. Logs upto 500mm diameter and 6m length can be handles at a production rate of 5 cubic meters plus depending on timber type (hardwood, softwood). Dont forget the Light Commercial and standard units we also manufacture |
