Buy this, I would, but they won't deal with us, a great saw. You could resell anytime & get your money back.

It'll go for about $600, maybe more but it"s a good buy.

Question Re: izzy how's it going?

Hello again Ekka, no I'm not shy! I wa sjust trying to figure out how best to describe a tree in the hope that someone can identify it. I can't really send a photo because I have only a small rooted cutting that I took in a Devon wildlife park. The leaves are very ordinary if a little pale, but the trees main feature is a huge amount of "fluff", like dandelion clocks, that it releases in great clouds inthe wind. If anyone has an idea I would be grateful.

Knotahippie, Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion, it seems obvious somehow now. I have never seen a cottonwood and i think they might be rare in England, but I have looked it up as far as I can and it looks hopeful, however the leaf shape is different, i.e it doesn't have the flattened bottom edge. I am sure it will be a cottonwood but not sure which!

Thanks again,

Izzy

Took that boat apart, more specificallysplit the hull in half, cleaned, preped and sealed it back togther.Still have to install the trim ring but i'll have it put back togther this evening.I guess everybodys' worried about these 3 storms coming so work is kinda slow but if one hits us good i'll be real busy.

You gotta wood boat or glass?

Hear about the new marine-grade wood preservative? Guess it's the best yet.

Ekka had the info. but I checked it out where else they were using it.

Plastic, just a little one about 7' long 36" wide. Its already back togther just had to fix the previous owners work to it.He sealed the hull with rope caulk and if it had been taken out on the water it would have probabley sunk. Not the first boat i've fixed but i wish it was fiberglass. So easy to work with plus i like the funny things i see after breathing the fumes for awhile.

Briggs unlike say Stihl etc has a mass of downloads available including video.

You should find what you need by following the links here, I have used "tiny" so they get zero link juice, just follow links through to Briggs and select the manual for your model engine.
