Default ups

anyone ship ups . well i did they lost my diesle injection pump from my 265 massey. its been four weeks now and they wont replace or pay for my part . they wont even tell me who the top guy is to complain to . they even hang up on me. beware not to ship united parcel service.first they told me the repair place refused it . the guy told me they never sent it to him, and that they lost one on him to once.then they said damadged then under investigation . then the people in charge are unreachable. then lost then found. then lost again. what a headach. what a helpless feeling to be able to do nothing. my lawer said waist of money to try fight them.

That's like the regular US postal service isn't it?

I've had saws sent to Oz and no problem.

Here parcels and mail are seperated and they use contractors to deliver the parcels ... pretty tight system. Narrow down the closest post office to the delivery and that is where the parcel would have been last seen, from there they should know if it went out and with who.

yeah, USPS is our government run carrier.

UPS, FedEx, DHL, they're all private companies. They all have some foibles though. I haven't had any trouble with UPS, even with lost/missing stuff. But it happens with everyone (I think), now and then.

Luggage is worse!!! Ugh. You show up in Dallas, Tx and your luggage shows up in Alaska or something. Figure that one out.
