Yeah Tom wanted to stay overnight at MB's while he was on a road trip to a conference.From what ive been told MB gave him the cold shoulder,but who knows what they got up to...

I've known Hayduke was Tom since about 10 months ago. Tom and I were active in the early SRT threads at AS, in 2004 and 5 and we both love SRT. The conversations in the Storrick thread were quite familiar, and when some detail came out about the Unicender it was clear to me. Tom has always been really unique way at prying more information out, which was also familiar and what makes him fun to have in a thread.

So what diff does it make, if he's Hayduke or Dunlap?

And what's wrong with running under an alias? I go as Tree Machine, but no one outs me because I'm really Jim....

I've had great fun writing with Hayduke, he provokes thought, hasn't misbehaved any worse than any of you reworts and he's contributed. And he's been a spy.

Maybe we can all get over it.

Maybe, just maybe we can quit playing WAR between the forums,
get our big egos out of our buttholes and act with some politeness and respect for our fellow treemen around the world.

Now, apologize to Tom for saying some really nasty things this last page, like, who said yada about him being MB's bitch? You can step up to the apology line first, that was frickin uncalled for.

tree machine,i was by no means out of line for saying that about dunlap.He bashed and continues to bash ekka when all ekka did was try and help him.Even worse he thinks mb's his friend when mb hates his guts.He practically lets mb and his crew run his site and get away with murder yet bashes ekka who only tried to help him.I most certainly won't apologize.

I can move it to off topic though. But the amazing part TM is that neither Dunlap or MB remove the Ekka hate posts (they even doctor them up with creative editing!) ... seems retaliation and defence against the USA "icons" is frowned upon ... like lay down fugger we're yanks or something.

Let Eric and the moderators deal with problem children as they see fit, and lets us focus on what brought us to the forum in the first place, hopefully a desire to share ideas and gain new perspectives on all aspects of Arboriculture.

Thats how most old washed up guys are here in the us ekka,they still think they're special.Heres an example,my dad's uncle always said he was a better mechanic than me he could do it but i didn't know what i was doing yet when his truck broke[or anything for that matter]he called me to fix it but of course he could do a better,quicker job.They're probabley the same way.I agree though its entertaining to see that your forum is getting bigger all the time and one day might be bigger than a.s.
