Out of control brats. The attitudes are simply getting worse.

Child gang hangs boy, 7, from tree for fun

Youngster could have died if he hadn't been rescued

A gang of children put a rope noose around a young boy's neck, strung him up from a tree and then ran away laughing.

Bradley McLachlan, seven, was left for dead dangling inches above the ground by the three lads he had been playing with moments before.

His tormentors - thought to be as young as seven - told him the horrifying attack was "fun".

Choking and gasping for air, Bradley was luckily able to hoist his body up before an older boy walked past just in time to free him.

Police believe he probably would have died if he had not been released.

Mum Sharleen, 30, said: "I feel sick and shocked someone could do this, not least other children.

"This wasn't just a game that went wrong, it's far more serious. I can't get my head around it.

"There were marks under his chin and they went right up around the back of his head.

"The police said he could have died if he hadn't been so small and light. It's just awful."

Bradley met the boys - all dressed in red T-shirts, combat shorts and white trainers - minutes before the attack in a Portsmouth park. They were playing in a den and told him to wait outside before inviting him in, where they tied him up with their homemade noose.

He needed hospital treatment for severe rope burns left on his neck.

The lads are too young to face criminal charges but police want to talk to them about the attack, which happened last month but the details of which have only just been released.

Det Sgt Fiona Holland, of Hampshire police, said: "We need to make them understand the possible consequences of their actions."

In 2005, a girl of 12 hung a five-year-old boy from a tree with a wire noose in Dewsbury, West Yorks, because she was "in a bad mood".

He was just seconds from death when she removed the noose. The girl was given a 12-month

You know after that movie a few years ago with McCauley Kaulkin (pardon my spelling but I aint looking up this wanker) throwing shit off an overpass bridge look at the outcome ....

... become a global phenomenia throwing shit off bridges even killing people.

Parents dont discipline, NZ even has a law that prohibits you smacking kids.

NZ leader: Child smacking ban doesn't need change - Taiwan News Online

I was sitting in a McDonalds by the window, a kid on a table outside with his 2 feral parents was giving us "the bird". The kid would not have been 5 years old.

The parents saw it but did nothing. The groundy young guy got the shits and went up to tattoo'd dad and beached whale mum telling them of their childs gestures, parents replied "he's just a kid and doesn't know what it means".

There in lies human intellect, and the system of allowing shit to breed.

This is what happens when you can punish children, its such bullshit. You see a parent disciplining their children in public and no doubt half a dozen people call Human Services to get the child taken into a 'safe' house. Teachers cant even hold kids back for detention on the same day anymore, they have to send a letter home to get them back the next day. The laws are too strict and the next generation of kids are going to grow up with a severe lack of discipline and cause nothing but trouble for everyone.

and it goes even further than that, the military now has a no shouting and swearing at recruits policy, as it breaks their human rights "ooh excuse me mr taliban under the human rights act you cant talk to me like that and those pliers contravine soo many laws its not funny"
we are breeding a nation of complaining undisciplined people.

have you spanked your kid today?
could save a life tomorrow

some kids are just wild,
BUT, balanced discipline tends to raise kids into men and women that respect authority and can comprehend consequences of there actions.
there raising children to stay children.
i prefer to give my kids the opportunity to avoid severe hardships by training them accordingly.
