Got tickets to 3rd game back when we thought it could be entertaining, you know possible series decider, but wondering if its worth driving 11hr to see the poor Blues get hammered again. Maybe I should take the harness and saw and pick some work Wed to make it worth while. Someone should tell the Blues that its an important series and they should try just a little. |

I couldnt care less who won i just love a good game of footy. the only thing that amazed me about the game was the fact that the ref let the blues do high tackles, ground shots and foul shots all night, yet when the maroons done one high tackle in the second half it was a penalty. I wonder how much he had on the blues winning corrupt to the core!

Was worth the trip after all and couldn't of asked for a better game. The crowd was so friendly, waving to us and trying to make light conversation . I think they thought it was a 70 min game as they virtually emptied the stadium with 7 min to go. Was nice that they tried this time. Stayed at Randwick and can't imagine trying to operate a tree business (or live) in Sydeny. Hats off to you guys down there.

Sydney is a bit of a rathole Kel, but great fun for the weekend. They probably emptied out quick so they could get out of the carparks, otherwise you get stuck trying to get out for hours sometimes. We've been to footy games and concerts down there and getting out the carparks is a nightmare. |

It was, glad the siren went coz the blues were getting toey, like young'ns do. ![]() I wouldn't be surprised to see round 2 ending like Blues 22 Qld 16 ... they have the fire and held off 6 sets around 65min mark without us scoring. Always with the 3rd game a decider makes solid viewing too.

Blues win 18 to 8. Well done. That was some great football that second half. Blues played really well, lots of great passes and energy. The Qld camp seemed, well, lazy and old fashioned. Not passing much, knock-ons, no razzmatazz at all, running head on into a 3 man tackle only a few yards gained, what's the point? Makes the decider game well worth watching.

What's even more hilarious is that the blues aint won a series for 6 years or so. ![]() Next match is the decider on Qld turf.
