Epinephrine is adrenalin. Definately speedy. But it will keep you alive. I would suggest that you jab the epi pen into the top of your thigh. No nerves there, and that is where my step-mother (who was an RN) gave us shots. You have to just do it. O/w you can pass out... BTDT. I am allergic to certain proteins myself.

Avacados give me migraines, so I cannot eat them either (unless they are under-ripe). But it is a quantity thing; I can eat small amounts and not get a migraine. A big bowl of chips and guac and I will get a screaming migraine. Then I take Zomig (really expensive meds for migraines that I get from the UK becasue they are half the price there as here).

No word on the Zambreros restaurant opening in Adeline yet. I will email my cuz and see what is up with that.

Pizza was invented in America.... by Italian emigrants.

My brother and niece run two Godfather pizza places here in the burbs of Portland.
