Roo meat tastes (and looks a bit) like venison very yummy. Best cooked simply with a rich wine based sauce. hmmmmmmmmmm

Kangaroo medallions with a red wine mushroom sauce, hmmmmmm.

I tell you what, crocodile is very nice too, I haven't tried deer though.

Crocodile is the texture of chicken with a fish taste, croc burgers are supremo! They used to do buffalo and croc burgers at The Ginger Factory but last time I was there they were both not on the menu and it used to be part of the reason I'd drop in.

That Youtube video of the cats vs buffalo was great, pity dinner got away though for cats, baby buffalo prolly die anyway later, bunch of lions and a croc hanging off it chomping would have to hurt.

Nice find.

Hey Phil, you gotta blog or something like that on the net?

I've played with octopi while scuba diving off the Channel Islands off the coast of California before.

Those buggers are fun! Watching them change color is pretty spooky. I was playing with one and its little suckers kept trying to rip my mask off my face. It inked me and slunk away.

Thank god it was a smallish one aye?
