Hows this employee? Anyone know the company or the perp?

Brian Lewis Hinshaw, 42, of Willow Creek Road, Leicester, charged with embezzlement and uttering forged instrument. According to arrest warrants, Hinshaw embezzled cash from Appalachian Arborist Inc., and passed a forged check for $20,000 drawn on the company’s account. He was released under $10,000 unsecured bond
