National Guard scraps plans to invade rural town hows this for the start of a dictatorship???? less than 100 miles from me--and they say the us armed services wont turn on the citizens--i aint so sure anymore--

It's just a co-operative training exercise ... I reckon a town that small wouldn't mind, bit of action for a change.

I would stipulate that under no circumstances would anybody have or carry live rounds just in case.
