Well I watched THE FLOCK last night with Cindy. Not a bad movie but the ending Cindy could not watch.

God you guy's in America must have it real bad with sick MF over there. It is really amazing to think that there is so much of that going on over there.

Ground Hog Day still rules.

I went and bought Caddy Shack, on DVD. It was pretty funny too. Rodney Dangerfield (Quote), you scratched my anchor. not to mention Bill Murry, with the Gopher. I heard somewhere that there is going to be another Lethal Weapon movie. Probably in the new year. Bruce

Default Real bad, bloody terrible!

I watched this on DVD tonight, talk about crap. Wasn't even a decent perve!

"PREY"

It's that bad that at around 1:02 they get an echo chainsaw to cut up some corpse that might come to life, and listen, there's no chain on the bar!

How hopeless is that!

Shutter Island, very good and I would say it's a must see for everyone.

Not so long ago I also saw Law Abiding Citizen ... a superb movie if you like some suspense, action and surprises etc.

We watched "Avatar" here at home. I suppose it would have been much better at the pics with 3D working.
Standard story, greedy people, maybe Americans trying to steel more resources but from another planet.
Some super scenery and special effects and a great battle at the end.
Worth a watch.

I saw "Apocalyptic" (which has been out a while, subtitles only) the other week and loved it, not for kids though.

Gonna look for "Shutter Island" then but not really into the supernatural stuff.

I've managed to borrow a copy of Shutter Island, doesn't look very good quality though. Will watch it later after the kids go to bed.

The local market here has several stores selling DVD Rips of the latest films, you take your chance, sometimes it's blank when you get it home but no way you're gonna get your money back.

Has anyone used any of the many internet sites where you can download films after paying a fee to join??
Any "Safe" ones out there?

I joined ZML a while ago it seemed to be the best I could find. Haven't used it yet, I don't watch movies much.

Might not work for you. Download movies. Thousands of full length movies available for instant downloads. Huge list of supported formats: divx, ipod, pda, dvd etc.

$40 a month I think, that's why I never used it I guess.

That looks a pretty good site but $40 a month is a bit rich for me and no way I would download 10-15 films a month to make it pay.

Could do with a pay per film tariff.
