Saw Sin City the other day not bad either, love those twisty ones.
The Professional definalaty, good money if you could get away with it.

Sin City is on my "to watch" list.

I seem to be getting all Marvel'd out. Watched Iron Man and liked the movie but nothing like the pre Xmen excitement. Then again, Tony Stark doesnt have a skeleton laced with adamantium or retractable claws......

I have watched a heap of DVD's lately.

Blockbuster here does $2 Tuesday's, max 4 DVD's though.

Anyway, one I watched that was based on sort of real facts and an eye opener was Stop-Loss, 1000's affected by this over riding command to them leaving the service.

And, a real whack job comedy but definately lots of coarse language and sexual stuff...

Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay. Some funny stuff in there but this YouTube scene of George Bush near the end was a crack up.

Again, language, so no kids. YouTube - Harold and Kumar 2 - President Bush

And if you didn't understand what George Bush was laughing about with the "sandwich" then you'd need to watch this scene, again, sexual references, language so mature adults only. YouTube - Harold and Kumar 2 - Big Bob Clip

Saw The Day The Earth Stood Still.....the other day because it was the only one on when me and my boy showed up. Keaunu Reeves (?). A must see (not). Stupid boring and hokey. No nudity to make up for it either.

I am going to see the Brad Pitt movie, Clint Eastwood movie and the Jim Carrey movie this week. Anybody seen these. Oh yeah, the wife is making me see the Jennifer Anniston/dog movie too.

It would be worth seeing at home or a discount day at the theater, tho. Some good special effects and good use of the surround sound.

Forgot.....also thought I would like to see "The Wrestler" with Mickey Rourke and lastly (literally) the Nixon movie.

Anybody got any inside info on any of these?

I think the wife is gonna grab me by the earlobe and drag me to the Jen/dog movie tonight. If so I will give a review later.

Marley - nice flick to take the wife and kids (young-my 20 year old boy wouldn't go). One of those days of our lives movies with a heathen dog that turns lovable the central theme. Would hurt a lot to lose our dog. Hate to even think about it.

I understand. We had a dog that was a lovable hell raiser. It was a 110 lb Giant Schnauzer. It never calmed down like they said it would. One day I see this commercial for a dog training school with an untrainable dog tearing everything up and no surprise it was a Giant. He ran away and ate some rotten food and died before we could get him back. Now we have 2 ankle biters that we love to death for about 8 years. It is a shame they can't live forever.

I always tell my family that my dog has to outlive me.I really don't know what i'd do if he died, had one close call with a coral snake,so he doesn't go outside anymore.

Wait til you get a wife you love deeply. The thought of your dog dying is hurtful but the thought of your mate dying is almost crippling.

Got manipulated into seeing "Twilight" Sun. It surprised me in its quality. Some real pretty big tree country scenery (Pacific NW US). World class tree climbing, no one would touch him but he might bite the judge's neck and not get a score.
(I vant to bite your neck )

Just saw the Clint movie too, and I agree, it is a good one. He can still sell the tough guy routine and he is, what, 80ish?
