How many hours do you sleep on average? Me, mainly around 6 hours to 7 hours, rarely 8 or more.

Sleep? By the time I finish, make calls, , check ebay. .cook dinner, , I used to get some now I'm stuck here. , then the birds wake me because of all these trees I planted. . About 5 then 1 maybe.

I try to go for 6 - 8 hours a night, to much and too less of that is bad for your long term health... Having said that, if I get interested in something on the computer I'll stay up til 1 even though I've gotta be up at 6 .There's something about a rainy day that makes me hibernate and get a really good deep sleep roughly around 10 hours...

6 hours average, a few tinnys and some Whisky ensures sleep 'til I need to go pee!![]() Also need the booze to dull the senses cos the missus snores like a bear in a trap! Whats worse is she can be asleep within 2 minutes of her head hitting the pillow. ![]() So I tend to stay up a bit longer and sink the sedatives! Sunday is always a late one for some reason. Reckon it stems back to me youth when weekends were fun and partys and never wanted to go back to work on the Monday.

The missus did most of the early shifts cos she wasn't working (maternity leave) but you still get woken up by the noise.Man can those little critters make some noise. ![]() A nappy change is no fun in the wee early hours. ![]() Doesn't last long though (seems like forever at the time) and there great fun to bring along.

I really love kids. Some day I'd like to have a couple. But that day isn't right now. I'm actually still living in mortal dread that some day I'm going to get a phone call that says "It's yours!". ![]() Everytime an ex calls I get scared.... |

6 hours tops. By the end of the work day it's 10 or 11 pm (summer hours) A couple of beers and dinner, shower, hit the sack, up at 5 to do it all againl.

In summer it's frigging daylight at 4.30am here, pressed to sleep past 5am. The experts say alcohol doesn't give/provide a good nights sleep? I dont get plastered so wouldn't know and sure dont like hangovers for a work day either.Never used to get hangovers till hit around 21yo ... was like bullet proof in those young years.

6-7 but love a sleepin when I can... Prob once a week. 3 kids don't help, but I'd never complain about that. The good things about being tired constantly is that you can drop off in an instant!!! |

It's official, under 5 hours is not good and neither is more than 9 hours. Too much sleep as bad as too little when it comes to your health
