I usually get five to six hours, but I'm a fan of the siesta....the crew I work with goes to lunch every day and takes upwards of an hour, I bring my lunch and eat it at the job in about 15 to 20 minutes then take a nap in the back of my truck till the crew gets back...the weather is perfect here right now. |

Still the same, I'm back in Portugal on my own at the moment, family are in England. It would seem that I don't need any sleep until it's time to get up for work and then I get a huge craving for it! ![]() Maybe I should get to bed earlier

usually about 6 on average, sometimes when studying I might get four. I was worried about not getting enough sleep, they say it's not good for your health, but looking at this thread I'm about average with everyone else. So, they reckon you sleep less as you get old, I wonder how much sleep we will be doing then............way we are going it will be about 2. |

These days as I'm working out pretty regularly doing three heavy lifting and two kettlebell cardio sessions a week I find I need at least 8 hours sleep. Any less than that and I find I don't recover well at all. If I'm on a break from the weights I can get by without less sleep though...

Usually 8 hours all depends on how hard the day was.
