base jumpings for pussies....shoot yourself out of a cannon into the cargo bay of a jet liner. that would be an accomplishment.

| ![]() My approach has a higher chance of success. That and the fact that on a clear day you can not only see the ocean, but you can also see Death Valley, which is incidentally the lowest point in the USA. I've heard of people hang-gliding off of Whitney before, it's supposed to be quite a ride!! ![]() Shea, I was gonna offer that you should try tying a towline to a quad, strappin on a snowboard, and hitting some nice dunes; but considering your current activities involving the pickup truck and parachute, you'd probably try it. Woohoo for extreme sports! I'd say add pictures of those too if you've got em. |

I'm thinking of skydiving from 30,000' and not opening my chute until 200' up. Eh why not.Pickup truck and a parachute sounds like fun.

the pick ups fun but the snow sled on the frozen lake was better. we got a couple good gust that lifted the rear of the sled. a little hairy but exciting none the less. lift off and decent were easier on the lake too. i talked my little woman into going up double with me over the river. we crashed on take off and she wound up with some nasty cuts but she tried again and we made it up on round two....she hasnt been up after that.

not of any on the ice.. that was last winter before i came into the digital age. missed out this winter when i came to washington. if i can find any regular pics ill try to get em scanned and then post em. its a lot colder in winter. ive got video of us smuggling out of the harness and jumping into river. my brother bailed from about 85 feet. bad idea. his feet were sore for a while and he thought he tore his eyelids off. im not sure if video is digital or not but im going to get it on dvd anyhow because ive got some other wicked cool shit on those tapes.
