Arrow Fast Food in Beijing China| Olympic Cuisine

With the Olympics approaching and thousands of people visiting lets have a look at what's on the menu.

This document shows some rather unusual and exquisite cuisine, you must see for yourself.

It's a 2.4mb PDF

I have an 79 year old friend who has been to China. He told me that if it flies, walks, crawls, swims, or just wiggles....they eat it. You have to wonder what their bad food tastes like. I mean what if anything will they "not" eat.

Scott.

I dunno guys, that Dog Liver W/ Veggies sounds pretty tasty! num num....

The scorpions and dung beetles are pretty tempting though,

then again... hmmm, turkey vulture shnitzel now THAT is tasty sounding.

Funny, as I'm reading this I'm eating takeout from "Panda Express"... and they bbq'd pork is starting to look more like dog or horse. Ugh.... the texture isn't helping much either =X

Thumbs up Re: Fast Food in Beijing China| Olympic Cuisine

Well my friend 'Miami Vice', we would be sure of what they had been eating!

Wouldn't be my first choice.

My engineering friends in Holg Kong that go to China regularly complain about getting sick eating there. Supposed to be like Mexico; bad food and bad water lead to bad intestinal diseases, the trots, the Tijuana Two Step, and that type of thing. Pebble dash your porcelain toilet after a good eating out in Beijing, real Chinese cooking will clean you right out in a hurry.
