Somebody needs to teach him the value of another persons life.

He may have felt his was worthless but that does not make anybody elses.

Should have killed himself first!

they had to keep six guards on him during the court case so that he wouldn't kill himself. the case just faded out of the papers. he defiantly was considered crazy after his evaluation.

the trial had to be moved due to excessive death threats. i can't find anything on a sentencing, i don't think the trial has taken place yet. the found him mentally fit to stand trial and faces life in prison for second degree murder.

unfortunately we don't have the death penalty in canada. instead we pay to keep them alive and grow old in a box. examples such as clifford olson or robert pickton

I'd sure as hel l call what he did first degree murder

...but...

second degree murder n. a non-premeditated killing, resulting from an assault in which death of the victim was a distinct possibility. Second degree murder is different from First Degree Murder which is a premeditated, intentional killing, or results from a vicious crime such as arson, rape, or armed robbery. Well I think it was pretty obvious he was a mental case. Now he just has to prove to some psychiatrists that he's not.
