Default Big shift in website design and forum activity

I think I got a bit of "forum burn-out" about 2 weeks ago.

My time on the internet is down by about 75%.

Instead of visiting several forums several times a day, I'm switching to visiting like once every several days. There are 2 forums I picked for more regular visits. One it TreeWorld here, and a small forum called Rainy Side Gardeners in the Pacific NW of the USA. Those 2 seem to be two of the most relaxing to use these days.

For my website, I'm reverting to my original habits when my site started.

What I'm doing again, is building and editing content like I used to do . Almost totally for content and useability. The ads will still be placed in sensible locations on pages, but the "space allowed" will depend on the information.

The past week and a half, I found myself enjoying writing and arranging content and images for a couple of hours per day, and on the forums for maybe 1/2 hour per day, if even that.

Anyhow, I'll be around, but more intermittently.

Mario

The beauty of cyberspace...

... forever pliable and subtly moulded to your needs. Spontaneous results unlike print published material.

Relatively responded results when an SEO style is used.

I found the fluidity of my own site could not compete with the ease of a blog or forum.

That's why blogs and forums are, in an unusual way and properly utilized, taking over.

That's right. To write a page with pics and have it rapidly indexed ... the ole HTML website is a dying breed. Sure it still works. Sure it takes skill and SEO competence but the dummy bloggers are catching up on the action.

Mario, cover all bases please, write a few blogs and have them listed here to return links to your site and on your site have links to the blog ... also, add a blog to your site. You'll then leave the crowd for dead.
