His name was FATSO

Here he is at the Extreme Horsepower Shootout 2005, held at the Wayville Pavillion.

I'm the bald bloke at the start of the video (the one that looks like shrek)

Thats my mate Bill Towler from Towler Performance in the saddle.
He owns the Dyno and sponsored the shootout.
Bill was like a kid in a candy shop that weekend, he got to drive/ride every car and bike on the dyno.
(mind you letting another man sit on ya harley is a bit like letting another man sit on ya wife)

Ended up getting 71HP out of the old boy (hardley extreme horsepower) but he sounded a hell of a lot better than the Yamaha R1 that had 160HP
What a weekend, fast cars, fast bikes and fast girls!

If you have ever wanted to stand next to a (ahem) slightly modified Harley Davidson as it punched 120MPH, you should enjoy this

Warning: I drop the "F" bomb (just once) so you might not want your kiddies to see it.

http://www.treeworld.info/video/fatsodyno.wmv 9.5Mb and about 3.5 min

Your right JD, lots of low down grunt.
I dont know how many high powered rice burning crotch rockets i beat in drags at the traffic lights.

Of course you never got far before they would come whistling past at a 100MPH, but by then the bragging rites were all mine.
Sometimes you would see em further down the road pulled over by the cops, even funnier still the poor buggas.

Mind you though when it comes to going around corners fast, and stopping in a hurry, you don't want to be on a Harley.
( unless maybe a Sporty or a Buell, even then they're not the best)

Hi Newguy. Here s a pict of my scooter JD and PF. Not much good for cross country ride but a lot of fun for a 5 hour tear on curvy country roads. 131 hp, 75 lb ft torque (?) and will quarter mile in 10.80. Crotch rocket but with more relaxed riding position. 1,050 cc three cylinder. Tri s-3

Thats a sweet lookin' bike Vet.

Looks like it's going 100MPH even when it's standing still!

It has a shape similar to the Buell.

Nothing wrong with a crotch rocket (horses for courses), especialy on those winding country roads.

I love all bikes, cruisers, sport bikes , dirt bikes anything with 2 wheels basically.

Unfortunately the closest i get to a bike these days, is when i have to deal with the wife's Menstrual cycle.

How many hp's in that menstrual cycle. You are a funny guy PF (baa baa ).

Buell s got a new crotch rocket out this year. Always been one of the (if not the most) beautiful bikes on the road IMO, but a little slow for my taste. New one has engine subbed out and makes big horsepower. Maybe a little too low on the handlebars for me tho. Afraid to take a test ride as I might get hooked and then the wife would start riding her menstrual cycle

Thanks for the compliment newguy
