| Australian dollar breaks through US96c | NEWS.com.au Feels like only yesterday when the Olympics were on in Sydney and the Aussie dollars was worth 0.48cents USA. Now it's doubled peaking at 0.96cents but funny how the imported gear like chippers etc aint half price. We hit record highs against the doller a year or so ago, yank arb kit still didn't come down in price.. ![]() These sales dudes must think we're bloody idiots!! |

You have to buy direct from the US, local dealers will never drop their prices. The sit back rubbing hands together watching their margins grow. |
