LOL, nar it would be no good because ya can't get a crane near there LOL, but to be honest there be no way I would cut it down as it is a awesome looking tree

Damn right! the world could do with more of them; i imagine it would be an awsome climb too, i wonder how many of these trees at this size were around in the late 1800s before the loggers took all the big stuff? that would have been amazing to see 1000's of 100meter trees mmmmm climbers heaven

Awesome tree!!!!

I hope they do a good job of protecting the root zone and physilogical aspects when they make it a tourist attraction.

The worst thing would be dieback due to root compaction or some wierd phytophora bought in on someones boots......
