Doublecheck before accepting--much of this is 10-20+ yrs old, and also from limited samples--hickory the easiest-damaged genus?

Dr. Coder likes mixing up terms, and using some complex formulas. Very effective teacher, but takes some translating and verifying.

Anyone aware of Dr. Coder speaking anywhere? He used to be on the circuit. I have never had the pleasure of hearing him speak and would like to.

isa-southern in shreveport LA in march, and regularly in GA

you shoulda gone to isa last year; his talk introduced a whole new tree pruning vocabulary. I was his moderator, and followed him too, speaking on reduction pruning. Talk about a hard act to follow.

I tried to work in some of his new terms; it was kinda tricky.

He's a great speaker though; always challenging.

Um no not anytime soon; they referred to plumbing concepts and such. An interesting new angle to look at tree parts and processes...still digging for the notes and handout...
