By fishing around here I managed to locate a great power point file, it's 4.8mb but worth the download.

That pub is good work. Note the author sanctions heading cuts on damaged trees; this was revolutionary 5 years ago but gradually becoming standard.

as a rule don't plant a large growing tree that close to a house.use your head.
