Default White spruce salt tolerance.

I recently purchase some 2-foot white spruce trees from a local tree nursery, and I planted on fairly close to the road, and I was just wondering if the salt from the plow trucks and other cars will spray onto it and kill it, if so I will dig it up and move it now, I was actually forming a windbreak, so please let me know,
Thanks.

Could I leave it by the road if I wrap it in burlap during the winter?
