So the tree bent over in a storm, and grew that way? And now you want it to grow upwards? If you don't care, cut off the top and try to get it to sucker from the trunk closer to the bend. When you get growth, cut off the rest of the top and let it naturally grow upwards. ![]() But the trunk looks to have a lot of damage, wouldn't it be better to remove the tree, and plant another, or perhaps let it sucker up from the base?
