|  What tree or bush is this please?

Sorry you have had no responses. I have no idea either. BUt if you post better pics, show a full leaf face on, preferably on a neutral background, with a scale or ruler, a pic to show arrangement of leaves on stem, and the stems that appear to have flowers/fruit - someone can probably help you.
