Default Walnuts and branches falling from walnut tree

Hello all. I have a walnut tree and lots of branches and walnuts are falling off right not. Any idea what the problem could be?

is it larger branches falling? right now the walnuts are starting to ripen, making them inviting for squirrels, they will also chew off smaller branches, and knock off the walnuts while trying to get them off. if it is smaller branches falling off with walnuts attached it could be the branches can not support the weight of the nuts

Large branches indeed, these are mature walnut trees also.

A pic of the the tree and the fallen branches/fruit would help a lot. And when you say large branches, what kind of diameter are you talking?
