Default Tree fungus?

Not sure if this image from my blog will show up, but I'm wondering what is growing on my trees and if they can be saved? One tree is a birch. Don't know what the one in the picture is.

As per rules, and an email plus PM you received when joining here the pics have to be loaded to this server, make sure you resize them.

Thanks, Ekka. I will work on figuring out the resizing issues for the photos and try to get them posted per the rules, the email I received and anything else you sent that said that needed to be done.

Thanks for trying Ekka Appreciate it. I've been out all day and haven't had time to read through the instructions for resizing pics. Will try to work on that and get some that you can actually use. Thanks, again.
