Maybe an apple or pear hard to tell from the pics leaf formation on the stem helps and under the leaves

Looks more like an apple, pear leaves are usually glossy. Need a pic with several leaves on a branch to show arrangement, petiole length, and as Garry said, both sides of the leaves. A closeup of the bark would also help.
