Default Strange Fruit

Hey everybody! Okay so I've got something I can't quite figure out... There's this strange (to me at least) fruit growing on one of my citrus trees. I've explored a number of varieties on citrustreesnola.com, but again no luck. So, here I am, Hah. If anyone could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated!

Here are a few pictures of the fruit, exactly 2 growing right now.

The tree is about 2-3 years old, purchased from Lowes and this is the first time it has produced anything. The other tree (lemon tree) hasn't produced anything to date. Let me know if you need any more information.

-Bill

Looks like Buddha's Hand, Buddha's Hand citron, or Fingered citron (Citrus medica var. sarcodactylus) to me.

I guess we'll have to let it ripen up and see what it turns out to be, that is if it doesn't sprout legs and report the the mother-ship first. God what a strange shape for what was supposed to be a orange/lemon/lime tree, lol.

Did you ever find out what the fruit is - my supposedly lemon tree is bearing the exact same fruit?
