Default Sequoia Turning Yellow - Help

We have two 30-40' Sequoias in our front yard about 50' apart. One has inner and some outer branch leaves turning yellow and drying out brown at the tips. Any ideas on what this and what we can do to save the trees. A picture is attached.

Nice pic to show the foliage is drying out, but need pics of whole plant, growing area, and whole branch with dry ends.

The picture looking up at the tree shows the western exposure of the tree. There is also a Sequoia on the right side as well. That tree is not effected. The yellowing is most pronounced on the western side. The Puget Sound is about a half mile east of the tree. We haven't had any extreme weather this spring or summer. June was cold and rainy.

Thanks for looking.

I wonder if it could be spider mites. Put a white sheet under the dying branch, or green branches looking iffy, and tap the branch sharply. If you tiny red spots moving across the page, you have spider mites. Difficult to control. Once you see the webbing, it is usually too late for treatment.

But it may well be something else.

Thanks. I put a piece of paper under a branch and tapped it. There were a few little things running around on the paper. I didn't see any webbing. Sounds like I need to call someone in to spray the tree(s). I Googled spider mites and and read you could slow these guys down by pressure washing the branches. Since I'm in the process of pressure washing the front of the house for painting, I moved over to the tree and let it have it. A lot of the yellow branches are gone and hopefully the little guys too. Just trying to buy time until we can attack them with chemical warfare.
