Default Removing a Infected Tree

I had a tree that was infected by something and now I cut it down. My question is what to do with the tree.

See attached photos.

The bark has a black tint to it and the trunk has bores from something. The tree stinks as well.

I do not think grinding up for mulch would be good due to the sickness that killed the tree. I do not know if it would be good to burn outside since it may make airborne to the rest of my trees. What do you do with it?

I live in PA and they have several invasive pests like the Asian Longhorned Beetle, Emerald Ash Borer, Sirex Wood Wasp and Bark Beetles.

This was a maple tree but the bark is black and gritty.

Suggestions?
