Default Quercus Palustris 'pringreen' green pillar

Hi there,

I have Quercus Palustris 'pringreen' green pillar which is about 10-12 meters in height, in a very healthy state.Just wondering if any one know what would be the Circumference root zone protection if i need to extend my house near that tree?
