Default Prune Job in Forster

Hello Arborist's,
Here is a picture of a tree that was pruned in Forster,What do you all think about it.
Where this tree is situated it has the potential to experince 40 knot winds.Luckily thought the wind blows mostly from south to north which if lucky would blow them away from the cabins below, enought from me...Opinions please.

Looks like a lot of lower limbs have been removed, wind loading could make it top heavy.Any defects at the base?

I would think there is not much you can do except may be a thin out of the canopy to let the wind flow through easyer or if they are really concerned about it, then have it removed

Excessive crown lift to a co-dominant tree is not wise.

Cant see if the co-dom is included or not, if it is put a dynamic cable up that trunk.

Thinning or pruning the top I wouldn't do, already too much material lost plus the crown will regrow removed foliage in 3 to 5 years anyway and most likely higher.

If the tree fails toward the back it likely wont do much damage, wont reach the other building, so perhaps a decent cable back to the other trees to prevent falling forwards on the cabins would be wise.

And of course removal is an option for even the healthiest of trees depending on the clients whims.
