Default poisoned coral tree. Is it safe to chip?

I am in south east queensland. I have poisoned coral trees - Erythrina ( about 30 on property) in the last 6 weeks or so. All leaves have dropped off ( or are dropping off the most recently poisoned). Round up power max was used on the frilled tree base which seems to have worked well.

My question is once these trees are dead, are they safe to be chipped / mulched. ie they won't sprout or reshoot?

I was just wondering why you didn't just fell them all then poison the stumps then you wouldnt have the potential for poisonig the ground with the waste chip.

The species is Erythrina sykesii.

The reason I did not drop them was that I was told the best way to poison and ensure a better kill rate was to frill and use glyphosate rather than to drop and glyphosate the stump.
translocation of poison and lower risk of reshooting
