I blew it. I overdid the Weed & Feed on my lawn about 4 month ago. About 3 weeks after I did this, my Camphor trees dropped over 1/2 of their leaves. I know these trees are not native to Northern California, but I like them because the are tall and they have leaves all year, and I keep the seedlings that they sprout in check. At the time, I had no idea why all the leaves fell and now the canopy looks very thin. The neighbor's Camphors all look strong, so it is isolated to mine. I only found out (4 months later) that the lawn fertilizer was likely the problem. Can I still correct this with a few days of good soaking? All of the other posts that I have read have suggested that a good root soaking will help if it is done right away, but am I too late? Any other suggestions would be appreciated. I'm glad I found this board! -Chris |

Good soaking alright. That's about all you can do, trying to flush it out of the trees system.
