Norway Spruce Problem

I have a row of Norway Spruce that was planted 1.5 years ago and are starting to look terrible. The needles are droping from the inside out and from the bottom up. I am clueless of what is going on and I hope that some one could help me out with this. I do have pictures of them and going to try to get them on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Definitely need pics. But foliage on conifers is usually only present for about the last 5 years. Foliage on the inside, and at the bottom commonly falls off for lack of light (and other reasons - like pollution buildup etc)

And where is St Henry?
