Default Newly transplanted cherry tree

I am hoping to get some guidance on a cherry tree in my yard. First and foremost, I had to transplant a 15' cherry tree a couple of weeks ago to make room for a renovation and I want to know if it's going to survive! I know it was the WORST time to transplant (but also the best time to start a home renovation.) It had just blossomed. But, so far it looks ok...just a handful of dead leaves. When will I know if it "made" it? Any advice on care to help ensure it survives? I've uploaded pictures to show the full tree, a typical branch with one dead leaf and also how I've staked it for feedback on that. It's so big we were afraid it would hit the house if it wasn't staked and a big wind came. Thanks!

Soil conditioners like Seaweed extract and Mycorrhizal fungi will certainly help.
