Unhappy Japanese Beetles eating my birch leaves

I have Japanese Beetles that are eating leaves on my Birch tree i look and see the little buggers flying in and the leaves have hundreds of tiny little holes in them and then they fall to the ground it's like an endless buffet for these little buggers but how do you get to them when its such a big tree???? Please help me save my tree
