Default Japaneese Blueberry Tree - Winter Damage?

I have 3 japaneese blueberry trees, just planted in August, that were doing great until a recent cold snap. We had temperatures below 20 F (in Austin, Texas) for a couple of days and nights, plus snow and ice. The leaves were previously a very nice dark green, but now have gone light green and even some brown spots. Having only had these trees for less than a year, I wonder if this is the normal cycle (new growth coming soon) or if I have damage.
And if it is damage, what is the best remedy - do I cut back, or wait and see?

As soon as I have some daylight, I'll take and post some pictures, just wanted to put that out there for others who might have already experienced the same.
Thanks in advance.

As promised - here are the photos of said leaves.

So again, is this signs of winter/freeze damage, or is this the normal leaves turning before falling off and new growth coming on? I've heard the Japaneese blueberry's leaves do turn "red", but not sure if this is what I'm seeing or what?

And if it is damage, what's my best remedy??

Most juvenile trees are susceptible to frost damage.

Do not cut or prune.

Try to protect from further frost, see how they fair on their own.

Ensure good TLC, do not over water, do not over fertilise, do not mulch too thick or up to the trunk. Maybe some organic fertiliser, seaweed extract and soluble silica will help ... the silica makes the leaves thicker.
